MEDITATION CLASS SCHEDULE

All classes are $12 per person. Please sign up via ClassPass, or send a venmo to @Kailey-Whipple at least 1 hour before the class. We will do our best, but if you send a payment after that time, there is no guarantee you will get dial in information before the class.

Morning Meditation to practice loving kindness. Join this meditation class to send loving kindness to others, out to the world, and to yourself. This class is perfect for people who are struggling with self love and other frustrations.
